I'd think that too low of a hitch, if anything, would add down force to the truck when braking, if anything. The added down force would add braking efficiency- more traction with no additional momentum. But there I go, thinking again...

What size trailer? Budd wheeels like on the FFPW's, Or Jeep size? What shape fenders? Whatever, sounds like a steal.
