I watched Bob Hannah win Southwick in 76. Shook his hand, got a pic with him and hung out in his pit area. We could stand on the berm and get roosted, all for a $2 admission. Now it's $30+, chain link fence 30 ft from the track, and pits off limits. Then we'd go watch Dick Burleson in the woods.
