Emergency brake for rear discs.

I want to run a disc brake emergency system. I gather the Elderado calipers with the built in emergency brake more or less suck. So what is available out there. I need a mechanical parking brake to pass DOT.
Having lost all my brakes on gravel .on a steep hill , I value a good emergency brake system.

Torched off the rear mounting pads on the Dana 70 today . Bought the steel for the steering box bracket . Made up a wood practice model of the steering bracket. I have yet to cut the frame but it is comming.
