id wire it direct from the batt to the fan with heavy gauge wire using a relay and a dash mounted switch. id wire in a temp switch to control the fan on and fan off. i wouldnt wire it into the ignition as you might want it to run after the engine is shut down to cool engine. or you could check summit racing and buy a painless brand fan wiring kit that has the above already done. mannyc
