That was my bad. Not trying to say that all lawyer are bad, you are correct. I only know about small claims in AZ. I used to deal with them all the time. I figured it was about the same in all states. I am not a lawyer and I know that not all of them are crooked but the ones that are, are sure putting a black eye on the ones that aren't. I hope that you are as honorable as you sound.
I would also like to remid everyone that a large portion of those who helped to start this nation were lawyers. I wasn't trying to offend you John. If I did I am sorry.
