Eric...have I got the stuff for you!!! Railroad uses it and let me tell you. Works awesome. Can get it in gallon jug($25) or comes in a squirt bottle(not sure how much my trial was free). Makes those W/S regulators free up. Bolts/nuts come undone easier with less soaking time and no heat so far. Not sure how it works definitely oily but doesn't kill wasps/hornets hmmmm Maybe stick to the PB at least it does double duty haha
