It's called Jet-Lube 769 Lubricant and penetrant. It is a mil-spec product Authorized for federally inspected meat and poultry plants as well. Harmless to paint, plastics,rubber and fabrics. Here is a pic of the bottle. I used it on 2 trucks already every nut and bolt. Still a bit left. Couple still broke but was fatigue(60 years old) more than rust.
Bottle says non-flammable but combustable
