for the bed there are two basic choices for a great product. Rhino liner and Linex. I like LineX it is a harder product and I like the surface better. It is a little more sliprey than the Rhino line. Rhino is a softer less slipery product. I have had both and currently have Rhino Liner in my bed. I would switch to LineX if I could but the dealer put it in.
There are a lot of oter do it yourself liners out there. None, in my opinion with match either of these two products.
They do make a lower luster clear coat. It is usedd on interior surfaces to reduct the the glare. I would go with a single stage color. I.e. not clear coat. If it is a work truck I would walk away for a clear coat. Just try to do a small fix with a clear coated truck. You have to paint the whole panel with clear coat. It does not blend or rub out well if you have not done the whole panel. I have also never liked the way clear coat deteriates with time. A good single stage paint will do just fine.
