Fuel-air explosives are the closet things we have to a nuke so I know they are powerful. I guess I'm surprised that the volume of gas in a paint can would be enough to do so much damage (especially the foundation bit), but it also might be a function of it's volitility. The guy had 2nd and 3rd degree burns which suggests to me a larger quantity of gas or that he was close when it went off. Guess I'll stop heating my paint cans with my torch (just kidding).
