M37 defrost

So, what are people doing for the defrost in their truck? I don't want one of the factory ones as it looks to me like an abomination. I want to find some of the nozzle type things that look like a shop vac attachment but haven't found any. I have a Maradyne heater and the heat is fine but I haven't got it pointed at the windshield yet...We are supposed to get a lot of snow tonight so I have comfort on the brain...and getting to town. :)
