Spring Re-arching

I have a friend who has a roller, that would let me rearch my own springs. I have a 48' b-1 that sits pretty low, and was wondering if anyone who has already done this, has any tips to make it easier to find the right ride hieghth. i know I want it to sit about four inches taller in the front and fiveor six in the back. Just kind of looking at it with the highlift under it.
