Why?

Design costs, tooling costs, material costs, manufacturing costs, advertising costs, product liability costs, overhead costs, (real estate, electricity, telephone, internet, insurance, taxes, benefits, wages) and a limited market would seem to be why no one is making them yet.

But we remain ever hopeful.
