5-Spd Trans with LH PTO

Probably a FAQ on the forum, but I'm putting a 360 V8 into my '50 B-2 FFPW and would love an overdrive 5-Spd trans so I can keep my 5.83s but also with a LH PTO for my Braden winch. Who makes (made)one? How a bout the bellhousing and clutch. Thank you and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
