Engine Identification

I've got a flathead 6 cyl engine (230??) that I pulled out of a 49' Dodge 1 ton 2-wheel drive truck that I need help in indentifing. The number on the left front of the engine is P25*90I58*. I'm looking for the make (does P signify Plymouth?), year and displacement. Will it fit into my 49' B1-PW?

Also, does anyone have a reference document that identifies all the different engine numbers for Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth flathead 6 cyl engines? It would help to have something posted on this page so that people could reference it when trying to figure out what engine they have.
