230 CID Engine Specifications

I just took ownership of a nice '51 PW with 230 CID Engine. I need to remove the head and unstick some valves. Does anyone know what the headbolt torque specs and the valve clearance specs are? Hot or cold? What is a good reasonable priced book that contains this information?
