My PW was running great. I parked it for a couple hours and then it was hard to start. It needed full choke to start and constant reving to get it into the garage.

I have looked for all the usual vacuum leaks. I have put in new intake/exhaust gaskets. I have rebuilt the B+B carb three times and all of the passages are open.

When it starts, it immediately runs up past 2500 rpms with full choke and when I push in the choke it dies. The butterfly valve in the carb is closed and I do not have my foot on the gas pedal.

Any suggestions.
