Overheating

I have a 318 Poly in my 52 FF, 300 miles on it, all is well. Installed my snow plow and my water temp raises up above +200F, the air is being distirbed up there, this was never an issue with the flat head in the truck. I have a 160 thermostat in, and with the plow off, I can run WOT up hills and not bring the temp up much. I still have the non pressureized system. Anybody have seggestions?
