First, Dodge generally used the wll known Detroit 'Locker'AKA anti spin. IIf the truck is unmolested, there will be a small metal tag on the rear diff housing (attached with a cover bolt) that will indicate the gear ratio and 'anti-slip diff. You have a Dana/Spicer model 70 in the front and rear of the truck. If there is no tag, look on the drivers door post for the builders nameplate, sometimes the limited slip will be noted, otherwise, jack the rear axle up so both sets of wheels are foo the ground, place the truck in neutral, then turn the tire one side and see if the other side turns in the same direction..if so you have a locking diff, if the other side turns in the opposite direction (you will have to put the truck in gear if the other side does not turn at all) then you have a regular open diff. As for the T-case, from 1961-mid 1968 all w300s had two levers, after that the 69-71 model years had a single lever and the new 205 transfer case. Have fun!
