As I recall, it's class was "Wooden toys, except shoo-flies in boxes" There are freight consultants who can save some big chunks of change for mass shippings by using the appropriate class. Doesn't make any difference for our likely quantities though. Or maybe it allows a favorite shipper to negotiate a better deal- "but my shoo-flies are bulk packed"?

Imagine sets of tires strapped to pallets, versus the handling involved for 100 loose tires? Different classes, different fees no doubt?
