wiper Motor replacement

Current New England weather and old vacuum wiper motors that don't work means im not driving my PW. Looking into rebuild or upgrade motor to elecrtic. I know you guys talked about it before but looking for guys who have already gone thru the same thing that im about to. What did you end up doing and how difficult was it. thanks Dave
