I finally got the energy to go out to the truck and look at the manuals that came with the locker. :-)

The two steel pieces that came with this are the "drivers". It looks like I might be missing the "couplers" which take the place of the side gears...unless you're supposed to use the existing side gears with this particular locker?? Anyone know?
