Notice the level of grease they have in there would be WAY higher than the level plug. Then you read this from the WDX maintainance manual & they refer to the Wheel bearing grease as "grease" & the fluid in the knuckles as lubricant & on the next page call for "semi fluid lubricant".
I think the semi fluid grease will work the best if you can make it stay in the knuckles but the grease will obviously work since virtually every truck I know of has had grease installed in them.
Who knows??
