Posibley compression, try swaping the plug and wire with another one and see if it fires there and you still have the problem. Very flooded cylinder weting the plug because it was not fireing befor you changed it. Might be a stuck open valve. Just because you put new plugs in you could have fowled it right away with a wet cylinder. Put the plug in loose so it can spark in the open hole you should get a flash of fuel if it is wet in there.
