OT: problems posting from the computer at home

I have not been able to post to the forum from home for some time, but the machine here at work seems to be OK. When I try from home, I get a "security lockout" message about HTTP proticall. What causes this, and how, or what do I have to reset to get back on the forum? (If all of you guys will put up with me) J.V.L.
