I enjoy the discussion when a welding topic is posted. Being an hobby welder, I am going to replace the rear floor on a '76 El Camino recently picked up and will be using my Lincoln SP170(220Vac) MIG to fabricate and weld in an entire rear floor. The 170 is excellent for body & fender work, hole filling, and light steel work (adding brackets, etc). For anything HD I fire up the Miller TrailBlazer and light up the neighborhood. I'd like to get a TIG welder and a plasma cutter. It only took 10 years to get the MIG, another 10 to get the TrailBlazer (married with children):)
