Terry, I fixed one by replacing the plastic disc, I think I used the plastic cover from a pressure gauge, cut it out then press the pointer ring onto it, then put it back on the shaft. Be careful to orient the glass the right way because it'll break if you don't get it lined up right, I know, I broke one by mistake, Doooo! Don't try to do it after a couple of beers! good luck
