I'd guess they are IH axles. The B140 has an FA50 which is an Eaton axle that was licensed or some such to IH. My FA50 has Eaton cast into the drums. I may have a set of lockout hubs for your truck, if it's bigger than the FA50.
Also, the transfer would be a Timken I believe... perhaps a T 152 by IH nomenclature.
You should get the lineset for this truck, it looks like it is pretty much stock and the lineset will tell you what was on there from the factory.
