Thanks Clint, from the info the parts book I have the same gaskets seem to be used above and below the plate. I'll try open slot gaskets first then if I can buy the closed slot locally today I'll see if there's any noticable running difference. Would you know if there's a FelPro # for the closed slot gasket?
