...nuts Tim...ha!ha! you left yourself wide open there, but I see that you have already bought the "male" plugs from ebay. The reason that wreckers and others use the recessed type with matching cable is to prevent accidental contact. If you install those ebay prongs, be carefull to place them in a location that will not be prone to contact. If for example, you contacted something metal (like a guard rail), hard enough to damage the plastic caps, you would instantly melt down your own electical sytem. It would be better to use the standard recessed wrecker type or miltary slave type and adapt a universal CABLE to enable others to use the system, rather than make the system universal at the connectors. Make sense?
