Ser# plates and door lock key on civvie cab on WC-12

Yup, it's me again. The WC-12 I have has a civvie cab and doors on it, I think. In the passenger side door jamb, there are two metal plates riveted to the jamb.
The big plate lists Serial Number 8562955 Model WC, Maximum Gross Weight Lbs 4200, it goes on the say Dodge trucks, etc.

Then there's a smaller plate below it with only the numbers 4112 1175 stamped into it.

Any comments from the experts out there as to what kind of civvie cab this is or whatever? The driver's door has no lock cylinder, but the passenger door does.

Last question: If I take the lock cylinder to a locksmith or two, might they be ablt to cut a key for it? Or is the key blank no longer available?
