It wasnt the tie rod, the toe in /toe out, wasnt the steering gear box being off center, or any of the most obviuos. Went thru the exercise one at a time and discovered it was still an isolated problem with left front hub area.. Completley disassociated from the rest of the steering, it became obvious it was somewhere inside the hub.
I tore the hole hub down, including removing all the brakes and axle shafts.
Lo and behold, it was the inner ball to inside of the knuckle flange kind of messed up enough to were it interfered with the full motion. Its a tight area to begin with, and surfaces are close in there.
After consideration, I took the old air grinder out and carefully took down the roughened spot a little. Now it works smoothly.
I cleaned it up real good, re-greased the entire setup and reassembled..
Works super now!!!
