Hi Chris,
Yes, it is a 4x4 military. I found it interesting that it has the square headed lugnuts used to convert to duals in both the front and rear. I have to beleive that someone had a bunch of those type lugnuts and used them in place of the regular nuts. Can you imagine steering that with front duals?
