If so that, is a no-no for equalizing the load that each axle gets. Each axle leaf should be attached to a "rocker" (OK it is early in the morning and my brain is not fully operating yet on 4 hours of sleep!) shackle that lets the suspension "adjust" to the load. If I can find a picture I will post it.
