Chris, someone told me that if it happens to me to get a tax # and open a "garage". You don't have to ever turn a wrench but it makes having some old cars around legal. Check your zoning.
I have a bud who wanted to put his apartment in his car dealership. Legal once he hired himself as night watchman!!! Good luck.
