I had a recent problem with my M-37. It stopped running in the yard and and I found I was getting no fuel. So I changed the fuel pump and still no joy.
Next I took a look at the fuel filter in the tank and it was clean....but surprise...there was no gas!
The gauge showed 3/4 full when I started all this, and it bouced around a bit when I was driving like there was gas in the tank.
Now when I turn on the ignition, with the float in any position, it reads chock full.
Any ideas how I can identify whether the problem is in the sending unit or the gas gauge?
