You should fill up your fuel filter canister as much as possible before reinstallation. To bleed it, crack the banjo bolt down on the side of the injection pump until fuel flows from it, and then retighten. If it still doesn't start, crack 1, 3, 5 injector cap screws a little bit until a little fuel flows from them, and retigten after the truck is running right. It will take a lot of cranking to get it bled.
