230 compression ratio questions

I've just finised CCing and polishing the head and now I've got to compute the compression ratio. I have the formula but unfortuanately my engine is in pieces. My block is .20 over combustion chamber=95.2CCs.

What is the maximum reliable compression I should run?

Therefore how much should I mill the head?
