Buy ethanol. If you can't get it where you live, write your congressman. If enough people want it, someone will provide it.
Here in the midwest, ethanol is a 10% blend. In some countries in South America, they use an 80/20 blend. That's 80% ethanol, 20% gasoline. The big three all make and sell vehicles down there, so they know how to make a fuel system compatable with ethanol. The same goes for bio-diesel.
If you can grow it at home, why buy it at the market?
