Dodge question but not PW.

I was told by a Gooseneck Hitch manufacturer
that Dodge has a service bulletin allowing for drilling of the frame on 03/04 trucks to accomodate the installation of G/N & 5th wheel type hitches. Does anyone know of this? I will be contacting Daimler-Chrysler
tomorrow for more info, but I'm terribly impatient about that sort of thing so I thought I'd ask here.
PW content , this truck's primary mission is going to be hauling PW's. RDT
