stuck valve ideas?

I've been trying to loosen up a stuck valve on the 230 by spraying it with Marvel Mystery oil and other nut buster oils and then tapping the valve back down with a rubber hammer. Ive done this about 20 times and it's still stuck. Is it time to pull the valve?
