A few months ago, a guy with a Equipment trailer and a John Deere Skidder went into a cornor to fast and flipped. When I came along the Skidder and trailer were on their side, still chained nothing moved. He was chained on 4 points (cornors). Heck, I see commercial trailers with bull dozers with one rear chain up and over the dover draw bar, its just waiting to slide in a bad situation. Juyst cause its done by some commercial haulers does not make it the correct way.
My self, I dont want my load moving at all while in motion, especially a emergency situation. If the load moves to far to one side, you balance is gone.
