259 Poly V8 plugs

Help.....does a 259 Poly head V8 engine take the long reach or short reach plugs. I'm talking about the length of the threaded part that screws into the head. My 315 poly has the long reach and right now my 259 poly has the short reach plugs and several have fouled.
