I bought my 48 b1 from Herb about 6 years ago. He delivered it to me in California. I think it cost me an extra $500 for the delivery. I paid top dollar but was happy with the purchase. It did take a long time to get him to make the delivery though. I believe it is safe to do business with him. He has been around for awhile and I have not heard any horror stories about him.
