Herb Hobi of Roseburg, OR.?

I know, I know.. Now that I've asked, 500 of you will step up and tell me what a stupid question this is because Herb is one of the charter members of the Forum and has sold something to everyone here and no one has ever had a problem, right? In fact, how dare I even ask, because he is probably Joe's 1st cousin! Pardon my ignorance, if this is the case...

Anyway, Im thinking of a 2nd party purchase from him and would just like to hear if this is a safe source or not.

(OK, let the, "Where the heck have you been for the past 10 years?" begin...)

(And by the way, I fully expect the 1st response to be from Herb himself! Stupid me)
