WC-53 side window install.

Ok, what comes first? The window or the window channel? You put the window channel in then you can't get the window in. You put the window in and you can't slide the channel all the way down to the drain pan. The worst of it, is that I know I had to have taken it all apart, but cannot remember ever doing it.
