1. Fit the new channel.
2. Bend the top 6" of the metal flange the plate mounts to on both sides towards the centreline of the vehicle, this will allow you to slide the window in and up.
3. Bend them back flat, fit the inner panel with winder and the trim.
Do yourself a favour, and form a 'bath' out of putty in the bottom of each window box, with a hole for the drain of course. this will take all the water safely to the drain hose, and hile you are atit, cut the drain hose long enough to take the water down below the panel edges so it drains well.
