Hey folks,
I have a 1949 Power Wagon, and I am interested in upgrading my master cylinder to a dual reservoir unit. I bought the one suggested by Ken, on Ken and Linda's website (a mid-70's Dodge 1-ton truck M/C), but the only thing I didn't like about it is that the back of the master cylinder is open to the atmosphere. Instead of having a protective boot like the original Power Wagon unit, it is open at the back, since is intended to be mounted to a brake booster. I'm afraid dust and water will get in there to the cylinder and piston and cause damage.
Does anyone know of another dual master cylinder that is a fairly easy and good replacement for the original unit?
Or if there is another solution, please chime in and give me suggestions.
Thanks,
Matt
