I recently had the same problem with a 318. A standard pilot bushing was slightly too large, so I put a long bolt through it with washers just big enough not to slip through and stuck the bolt in my drill press. Then used a hacksaw and took it down to the right size. Got a little too much off, so I center-punched all the way around the outside of the bushing and it's been just super for about 3,000 miles. Took me all of 20 minutes and was cheap!
