This is kind of what I had in mind.. But, doing this to supliment my income from say, an INN or B&B up north somewhere.

Buy a place with acreage, take in guests to pay the rent, and it leaves me time to work on other toys. Tear em down, sell off parts, or drag em' home and fix em' up for resale.
