OT:question for Old Tire Man

Mike, My mother in law has a 93 Buick that still has the original Goodyear Eagles on it. The tread is seperating on one front tire, the rest appear normal. Should I replace all the tires due to their age or can I get by with just changing the front tires that have 26000 miiles of wear on them? The rears have little wear and no apparent problems. The car is kept in the garage most of the time, very little exposure to sunlight...Thanks Jerry
